Here we go!!!!
Henry was a GREAT traveler. With fun games and of course Elmo on the iPad, he was set!
Our beautiful view from Lighthouse Condo #714 in Gulf Shores
First stop, LuLu's
Such a fun place-sand, live music, and great food:-)
Henry was so excited to have his Granny and MoMo with him
Taking it all in
Ready for the beach
Henry had to get use to the sand. He would have fun and then realize he had sand on him....
AHHHHHH!!!!!!
He LOVED the pool! He would find new friends to play with, throw a ball to, or watch someone go upside down!
And this is pretty much how Henry had to walk on the sand (at least at the beginning of the week). The cooler came in handy, so we could make a "sidewalk" for him.
Lunch is always better in the sun and at the pool
Enjoying our time while Henry napped! Thankful for MoMo and Granny with us to help out with Henry.
Dinner at the Hangout
Dancing with Granny and MoMo
So by the end of the week, Henry embraced the sand and ocean waves.
And I was so happy when he did:-) He LOVED it! He wanted to swim and take off!
Back at it
Riding the waves
We were able to walk there from our condo and enjoy great food and fun times on the beach.
Henry had fun there too:-)
Either he was really tired or enjoying the beautiful ocean view
I am sure Henry's FAVORITE part of our trip was visiting Alligator Alley in Summerdale, AL, which was just about 20 minutes away.
There's our 2 year old little gator!
I was so surprised about how much Henry LOVED the alligators. He wasn't scared at all. We were able to feed small alligators up to really BIG ones.
This is Captain Crunch. I'm sure he can do a mean crunch!
Walking through the swamp.
Henry continues to talk about how he fed the alligators and ask if he can go feed the alligators now. We were able to give/throw food pellets to them.
He even wanted to tickle the alligators :-)
He was very gentle and in such awe when he was able to pet the baby alligator.
Alligators are definitely his favorite animal, which was his dada's as well.
So thankful for our wonderful week in paradise
