11 months

       Wow, so it is already the end of February!!  I mean our sweet boy is 11 months old now!!!!

And we are definitely loving the 50-60 degree weather!! 

Henry has had a very busy month! He had pink eye (earlier post), and then the following week had his first ear infection (2/14/2012). So I had a sweet little valentine to take care of:-)

Waiting at the doctor's office. 

He had a hacking cough for a few weeks and then spiked a fever....poor sweet boy.

Even though he felt bad, he always managed to give me that precious smile!

 

Henry LOVES to eat!!!  He is mostly eating table food instead of the puree food.  I definitely don't blame him!  Here he is eating blueberry pancakes. He looks pretty serious, doesn't he!

Ready for church

Henry is babbling all the time, and he also loves to hear himself squeal!  He says the sounds m, d, b, g, and n.  He is also following 1 step directions (give the ball to mommy or put the block in the bucket).

Henry is pulling up on his knees and then needs help to get his feet underneath him.

Henry is wearing size 12 month clothes and size 3 and 4 diapers, which is the same as last month.  I think at the doctor's office, he weighed 19 lbs and 10 oz. 

He has 5 teeth now (the two top central incisors, two bottom central incisors, and now the left top lateral incisor). 

Henry loves his  bath!!  He would play in the water forever if I would let him. 

OH!!!  Did I mention we have a CRAWLER!!!!  It is very hard to get a picture of him crawling....he is EVERYWHERE NOW!!!  He started crawling on 2/15/2012.  Now there is no stopping him! 

Who needs toys, when I have spoons and bowls to play with!

Just helping mommy do laundry.

Giving sweet hugs!  I just love it when he lays his head on me and reaches around and pats my back.  Almost like saying, "mommy it will be okay." 

Yep, he finds anything and everything now.  He loves to move the door stoppers.  And of course Bailey's water and food bowls he thinks are pretty interesting too. Henry understands what the word NO means now; however, his curiosity tends to overcome me telling him no. 

I just love him so much!

I can't believe that in 1 month he will be a year old!!!

Pink Eye

Our sweet boy had his first encounter with illness the past couple days....pink eye (in both eyes)!

He ran a fever and also threw up a few times, so I think it was a little more than just pink eye.

He has still been nursing fine and drinking lots of water/pedialyte, but he didn't really want any solids.

He still managed to give me those sweet smiles.  :-)

I was here to give him lots of mommy loving.  We snuggled a lot!

Thankfully today he is feeling so much better.  Eating more and ready to play!
