20 months

We have had a busy November with this little man!

We were able to go to Cave City, KY again with Darren, Karleen, and Conner.  This time we went to Mammoth Cave as well, so we were able to take a tour of the cave.

Listening to the tour guide

They are ready!!!

Down in the cave we go

It was a short tour, about 1/4 of a mile.

We had the perfect weather, and the boys really enjoyed themselves.

Daddies and their guns!!!!

Henry also voted in his first presidential election this year, and I am pretty sure he voted for Elmo!

Loving the fall weather

Some new words Henry says:  gobble for turkey, star, please.  He is also starting to put 2 words together, like ere dog? (where's dog?).  Henry can also point to a heart and star when I name them in his books. He understands so much....things I didn't even realize he knew!
He has been wearing 18 month to 18-24 month size pants and 18-24 month size shirts.

Henry now has cut 3 of his canine (cuspid) teethI call them the eye teeth, the pointy ones!  The bottom left and right and the top left have cut through.  His top right looks like it is ready to poke through any day too.  He has woken up screaming quite a few nights, so I know the poor little guy is ready for this to be over....mommy too!

Ready to roll!

New bow tie from his daddy

I am starting to wonder if Henry will ever want to watch anything but Elmo! If the TV is on; it HAS to be on Elmo.

Henry and I were also able to go to the zoo with our friends Jody & Kate and Jenny & Addison.

Henry was in awe when he saw all the fish in the aquarium.

Henry and the girls:  Kate and Addison.

And once again he fell asleep at the zoo!

Guess what these 2 are watching!!

Enjoying lunch with my 2 favorite boys.

My Christmas present came early.

Making our rice krispie houses.

Such a good sharer!

Reading A Charlie Brown Christmas with my sweet boy.

Henry LOVES the tree....he can't keep his hands off it!

Happy 20 months!!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Henry had such a fun Thanksgiving week!
He stayed home from school all week and was able to spend some much needed time with his Granny.

Granny took him to story time....

the park.....
and of course spoiled him rotten with new toys!!

Henry learned a new word.....Granny or anny as he says.

Henry, Granny, and I were also able to make some really cute ornaments! Henry made an imprint of his hand and then also a tree ornament with imprints of his fingers.  They turned out SO CUTE!

Waiting on MoMo, Papa Rick, and Grandpa to get here for Thanksgiving.

Henry LOVES to make crafts.  MoMo helped him make a cute turkey to celebrate the day.

Henry was so excited to go ahead and give Grandpa his Christmas gift.

Maybe he was more excited to help unwrap the gift!

Sweet hugs from MoMo and Papa.

We are so thankful for our family!

Henry was also able to see Santa this week.

Doesn't he look so cute!!!

Giving Santa hugs and kisses.  :-)

At Opry Mills mall waiting on Santa.  Thankfully the line wasn't bad at all!

I was so impressed with Henry!  He walked right up to Santa and gave him a hug.  He wasn't scared at all.  He was actually really excited to see Santa.  Such a brave, sweet boy!!

Merry Christmas!  Ho-Ho-Ho!!!

After we saw Santa, we shopped a little and went to dinner.
Henry was rewarded with lots of sweets.....he LOVED his push-up-pop he got at dinner.

YUMMY!!!!

Just relaxing and catching up on some reading after a busy, busy day and week!!!
