Henry is now 16 months old!!!
He is up and moving absolutely everywhere! He is even starting to run some now too. It seems like he has been walking forever.
He has a new friend, his lovie. He chose this lovie over the other blankies that he has. It is the sweetest thing because this lovie was given to him by his cousin Asher. Henry will carry it around with him everywhere!

Henry is pointing to everything now. He loves to point at ceiling fans, the pictures of the boats in his room, the moon outside, and birds.
Henry LOVES to be outside!!! He will bring us our shoes and then go to the door and start banging on it. He knows how to tell us what he wants!
Henry loves his daddy! We are so happy to have the TN Bar exam behind us now and have him around more.
Henry and I met some of my friends from WKU. We all thought we could catch up and enjoy our time together. Well, we did enjoy seeing each other, but it was a CRAZY day of running and chasing these little rugrats everywhere! They sure are sweet though!
Henry running around Walmart while we got the oil changed. He can only be contained in the cart for so long.
Henry is now saying 'uh-oh' (something wrong happened), 'uh-huh' (yes), ball, deer, and what sounds like 'no' or 'stop.'
It is amazing how much Henry is understanding. When we ask him to go get our shoes or his shoes he will walk to his room or into our room and then bring us our shoes. He LOVES shoes! I think because he knows he wears them when we go outside.
He will also get other items we ask him about, such as a ball, dog, duck, and cup.
And when we say, "Are you ready to go?" or "Do you want to go for a walk?" he will head straight for the door.
Like I said.....he LOVES to be outside. Even in 100 degree weather.
The best sound to hear is definitely Henry's laugh. He has the sweetest giggle; it really makes my heart happy.
Today was Henry's 1st day in his new class at school. He moved up to the Toddler class. In this class they only take 1 nap a day at 11:30 and they sleep on a cot. As of right now, Henry still takes his 2 naps a day at 9am and 1pm. So hopefully he will adjust! His new teacher, Mrs. Allison, said he had a great day (and he slept very well on his cot).

Henry enjoyed Bryce and Mason coming to visit. He thought they were so funny and would laugh at everything they would do.

Henry is now able to point to his belly and his nose. He is working on showing us where his eyes, ears, and mouth are too.
Henry and I went to visit Missy and to hopefully swim in the pool. Well, we had a great visit, but Henry does NOT like the pool! Hopefully next year!

Henry still goes to sleep with his paci. I thought I would try and break the habit one of these days, but I figure we are doing pretty good with just nap times and bedtime. However now when he lays down to sleep he has to have his paci AND lovie!

Henry LOVES books! He is always bringing us a book to read.
Henry loves to rock rocking chairs (our recliner, his rocking chair in his room or the chairs on our porch), so when we go to cracker barrel; he is in heaven!
